We try our best to ensure that the product images used on our site accurately portray the colors and textures of each item that we sell. However, different viewing devices and lighting environments can impact how the colors appear in photos. We also understand that it’s helpful to see a rug in your home before committing to owning it forever. For this reason, we offer a limited return policy.
All items on our website may be returned within 3 days of receipt for store credit only. The return must be approved by us via email (hello@saffronandspruce.com). Store credit will be for the purchase price of the item less the original shipping costs incurred by Saffron & Spruce. If the item(s) was delivered locally, return credit will be for the purchase price. It is the responsibility of the buyer to bare return shipping costs. Alternatively, If you live locally and your return has been approved, you may email us (hello@saffronandspruce.com) to coordinate a time to drop off the item(s) at our offices located in Northeast Minneapolis.
To receive a refund, the item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent to you upon purchase. Damaged item(s) will not be refunded.
Most returns are accepted within 15 days of buyer's shipment of the item. For any item(s) over $75 in value, shipping insurance is recommended as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). No refund will be processed until your item(s) have been received by Saffron & Spruce.
Store credits do not expire.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Online order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing an order online and only when the shipping label hasn't been created. To initiate an order cancellation, send us an email (hello@saffronandspruce.com).
We always endeavor to package our items in a manner that will allow for safe and protected transport. In the event that you receive a damaged item, please provide a clear photo via email (hello@saffronandspruce.com) and we will respond with the appropriate instructions.
Saffron & Spruce has the right to deny any return, cancellation or refund request that does not abide by the above terms. The Return Policy is subject to change at any time without notice.
